At Clearly Music, we have circled the wagons on our favorite collaborators to offer some valuable, streamlined services to our clients.
Clearly Music has a facilities relationship with the newly renovated Squeak E. Clean Studios in Hollywood (SQLA).
Formerly the iconic Crystal Industries Recording, a string of luminaries from the 1960s through the mid-2000s have recorded some of their biggest hits in this legendary space; Carol King, War, Stevie Wonder, Jimi Hendrix, and of course… Smash Mouth.
Post audio and scoring facility
Now also a state-of-the-art AVID-sponsored post audio facility, preferred access to SQLA’s scoring and dub stages is a tremendous resource for Clearly Music clients.
The dubstage is equipped with a Neumann 9.1 Dolby Atmos surround system accommodating up to 50 guests for playback. The spacious live room can record 40+ orchestral players for film scores, or just pre-records and ADR that need a little extra room to breathe.
All spaces are networked with DANTE and video feeds for ultimate recording and monitoring flexibility.
Vinyl soundtracks
Independent Project Records (IPR) is a great option for independent film productions that want a high-quality, unmistakably unique vinyl product to accompany a film for either commercial release or B2B promotional materials.
Founded in 1980 by musician and letterpress artist Bruce Licher, IPR and its sister entity Independent Project Press are known for their instantly recognizable hand-printed vinyl record packages for bands including Savage Republic, Scenic, Camper Van Beethoven, R.E.M., For Against, Stereolab, and more.
IPR is distributed in the U.S. by Megaforce Records and Proper Distribution in Europe.

Our *sister company Slipstream Music (a joint venture with Kobalt Music) is the largest independent production music library in the world, with over 650,000 unique music tracks (modern and vintage) and 300,000 SFX on tap.
SSM custom music production resources can also be quickly leveraged for on-camera re-records/covers and originals.
